Viticulture and Winemaking:
The fruit was 100% hand-picked on 2 - 4 April 2007
Grape bunches were 100% destemmed
The grapes had varying times of cold maceration and varying fermentation temperatures to increase the wine’s complexity
Maturation in 100% French oak (40% new) (mainly Remond and Francois Frerre barriques)
Date of bottling July 2007 (3,860 bottles produced)
Alcohol 14.0%.

Is a boutique single vineyard on the free draining alluvial gravels of the Martinborough Terrace, in New Zealand (adjoining vineyards owned by Ata Rangi, Dry River, Martinborough Vineyards, and Palliser Estate) owned by Kaye McAulay and John Bell
